Caminando started in 2008 as a Japanese shoe brand in Tokyo. Inspired by the classic shoemaking methods and the history of shoemaking in Mexico, the label crafts its handmade shoes using the skills of Mexican artisans. Its shoes are based on “basic styles” and are inspired by work, military, sport, traditional, and contemporary design. Caminando recently teamed with Japanese label IMIND for a duo of plain-toe shoes that feature suede uppers, Goodyear-welt construction and sit atop a thick and comfortable sole. The IMIND x Caminando Plain Toe Low Cut Shoe is available now in navy and beige.
