Are refunds or exchanges available?

Unfortunately we cannot accept any exchanges, refunds and cannot offer store credit. All sales are final, please ensure that all the billing and mailing information is correct with the proper contact information including email and telephone numbers.

Online tracking?

All packages shipped will include an online tracking number. The package can be tracked through Hong Kong Post.

When will I receive my order?

For each order, please allow three business days to process and verify the order. Shipping will take 7-14 business days for delivery, however in certain instances packages may take longer to deliver (i.e. The holiday season).

How are orders shipped?

All orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post. We cannot make any special requests to use other shipping methods.

For any inquiries or questions, feel free to email us and we will try to reply within 48 hours.

What sort of payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer two methods of payment. Direct Paypal is one method which requires a FREE sign-up to create an account. The other method includes Paypal's Website Payment Pro which allows the use of credit cards without the need for a Paypal account sign-up.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we accept international orders, however in some cases different shipping times and shipping prices apply. Please email us for more information.
